Untreated anxiety can prevent you from working productively, interfere with relationships, and be hard to control. I’ll be happy to work with you to get to the bottom of your worries and fears, so you can learn to cope more effectively.

Chronic Pain

Symptoms such as Fibromyalgia, headaches, gastrointestinal issues, or joint pain often have a psychological component. In addition to sleep hygiene, exercise, and eating healthy, psychotherapy can be a critical component to your overall treatment.

Feeling connected in satisfying relationships is an important part of your well-being. I understand the push/pull of relationships – wanting to push others away sometimes, and at other times getting pulled into problematic relationships. I can help you sort through this and create healthier  relationship patterns in your life.
